If you searched this, you were probably looking for a forum — International Sex Guide, World Sex Guide, or a thread somewhere — where men post reports about a city after visiting it. That is what "sex guide" means. It is not a guide anybody writes or keeps up to date.
It is a pile of posts. Some are careful, some are invented, and a lot of them are five or ten years old with nothing marking them as old. Below are the things those reports say about Bangalore most often, and what is actually so.

Majestic is the ground around the main bus station, with KR Market and Kalasipalya beside it. It is a transport hub, not a marked district. Bangalore has no equivalent of Kamathipura or Sonagachi, and never has had one.

This is the part that goes stale fastest. A spot that becomes known gets raided, and a month later the activity is somewhere else. A post naming a lane is describing the week it was written, which is often years ago.

Street pricing was never a fixed number, and a figure typed into a forum in 2019 tells you nothing about today. Anyone quoting you a rate from a report is quoting a stranger who was there once.

Half right, and the wrong half is the dangerous one. Selling sex is not itself a crime. Running a brothel, living off another person's earnings, and soliciting in a public place all are, under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. That is what a raid is for, and everybody present gets taken in.

The 1956 Act exists because of trafficking. A busy junction is exactly where women are moved to and held. A good number of the people in those streets did not choose to be there, and no field report will tell you which ones.
Because nothing about this is fixed in place. Where there is no marked district, activity follows the same three things everywhere in India — a transport hub, cheap rooms, and a crowd nobody keeps track of. When police attention lands on one spot, all three move.
A forum post has no way to show you that it has expired. It reads exactly the same in year one and year eight. That is the single biggest problem with using one to plan anything.
That is really the whole lesson of this page. Everything a forum can give you was true once and has no date stamped on it. What you actually wanted from those threads was someone trustworthy telling you what the position is now.
